A uniquely qualified professional, Ken has been a real estate investor virtually his entire adult life. Since becoming a licensed real estate agent more than 20 years ago, he has helped buyers and sellers from across Florida and the United States. Ken has worked with countless international clients, helping them buy second homes or investment properties in the United States.

A native of North Carolina, Ken attended East Carolina University and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He started his career in broadcasting during his freshman year in college, working full time in radio. Ken worked at several radio and television stations across the country. However, he spent most of his long Broadcast Journalism career reporting and anchoring the news in Central Florida. He reported on real estate, development, investing, and the economy, as well as the news or the day. He is an eight-time nominee and five-time Emmy Award-winning broadcaster.

Ken appeared on the house-flipping TV show “Property Ladder” on the TLC Network as one of the expert Realtors who evaluated the work and determined what the house was worth after renovations.

As a global real estate adviser, Ken holds the GRI designation and has done everything from helping first-time buyers to listing, marketing, and selling multi-million-dollar properties. In 2020, he established Tyndall Communications and Consulting LLC.
